By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

By registering, you confirm that you have the full legal right, power, and authority to agree to these Terms.

You warrant that you have never been convicted of a violent or sexual criminal offence, and you are not registered on any sex offender registry.

2. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when setting up your profile.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.

3. Community Standards and Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a safe environment, you agree not to:

Post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or promotes hate speech or violence.

Upload sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual imagery, or any material depicting minors.

Solicit money, perpetrate fraud, conduct commercial promotions, or send unsolicited spam.

Create fake accounts, impersonate others, or misrepresent your age or identity.

Use automated bots, scrapers, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership: You retain ownership of all photographs, text, bios, and messages ("Content") you submit to the Service.

License: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, format, and display your Content solely to operate, improve, and deliver the Service.

Moderation: We reserve the right to review, restrict, or remove any Content that breaches these Terms or our community standards.

5. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Cancellation Rights

Billing: Paid subscriptions, features, or virtual tokens are processed securely through platform app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) or third-party web billing providers.

Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle via your device or platform account settings.

14-Day Statutory Cancellation Period (UK / EU):

If you reside in the UK or EU, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Digital Content Waiver: If you access or use paid features immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your right of cancellation ends once the service or digital content is fully delivered or activated.

Refund Processing: For purchases made via the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. For purchases via Google Play or direct web billing, requests may be submitted via your store account or to info@pic-dating.co.uk

6. Safety and Offline Interactions

We do not conduct criminal background checks or guarantee the identity or background of any user.

You are solely responsible for your interactions, communications, and in-person meetings with other users.

Always follow standard dating safety precautions: meet in public spaces, inform someone of your plans, and do not share sensitive financial or personal security details.

7. Account Termination and Deletion

By You: You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings menu.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms or present a risk to the platform or other members.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Service: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind.

No Match Guarantee: We do not guarantee continuous uninterrupted service or any specific relationship outcome.

Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or interactions with other members.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
